Dr. Nicholson, co-founder of Hill Country OCD Treatment Center, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for ObsessiveCompulsive, anxiety and related disorders. She received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and earned her master of arts and doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment center where she received extensive training and experience in exposure and response prevention (ERP). Dr. Nicholson is also a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). She uses cognitive behavioral therapy in her work with patients and enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Valuing the importance of collaboration, Dr. Nicholson works closely with parents, schools, physicians, and other treatment providers.

Samantha Bray, LCSW, co-founder of Hill Country OCD Treatment Center, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in compassionate treatment of anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive and related disorders. Samantha received both her bachelor of science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and a master of science degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, she worked with individuals and groups of all ages at a local major mental health hospital for several years. Samantha has extensive clinical training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) from the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), where she is a graduate and a continuing member. Samantha gained additional experience at an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment center.
